Forgot hack - clicking Forums pops-up subforums menu

Hi Friends,
I forgot the name of the mod/hack which allows you to click "Forums/Community" and a pop-up shows up with all the subforums and the user can click on any subforums and it takes the user directly to that forum.

Can someone please remind me that....
