Random full screen html file

Hey,

I was wondering if its possible to have a random page appear every so often for different users,

Like when you to some free download sites and you get a full screen ad and you have to click "Click to return to so and so.."

Is there a mod out there? Ive had a look through some but nothing seems to popout.
