ISS Mod ReWrite on Windows Server

i havent sleep yesterday night because fo this.

it drives me crazy.

i have windows server and vbulletin 3.7.3 running.

i have installed zoints seo.

and i also purchased micronovae ISS Mod Rewrite and istalled on my server.

but now i do not know what to do. if anyone knows what to do to make it work please help me.

i dont know what to write in main configurations.

please help me.. i just want zoints seo to work on my site thats all.
