Sphinx search and expired token error

Anybody else seeing an expired token error with their sphinx search setup? Seems like I see a couple of users here and there that get an expired token error message stating for the to back out and reload the page (which never works for them). Seems like this user gets it when there computer comes out of hibernation mode. Any insight would be great if you guys have come across this.

Errors message they usually see:

Your submission could not be processed because you have logged in since the previous page was loaded.

Please push the back button and reload the previous window.

sometimes they also get an expired token message in place of what is above.
