Random picture of the moment plugin on forumhome? Is there such a thing?

We would like to have a random thumbnail picture display at the top of our forumhome for each visit which is going to be a "Mug of the Moment" type of deal where our members will have a mugshot that they have uploaded randomly display.

Is there a plugin that will let us do this?
