Thread colors depending on usergroup

I was wondering if it's possible if this could be codded?

So when the usergroup of choice makes a THREAD it's a different color than the rest.

As you can see in the picture when a FOUNDER posts a thread it's blue, where an administrator's in red, and a regular members is just regular.

I don't know if this goes in the "request a mod" section, but could anyone help me out here?
