Make newly registered members moderated?

I would like to make all newly registered members to only be allowed to post in my Introductions forum AND that the thread they post HAS to be moderated (approved/denied) by a mod/admin, then once they are approved (they have 1 post) they can post/view all the other sections of the forum.

I'm just a little confused on how to set this up, thank you!
