Confused - How do i auto tag rss feeds, which default page do i need to edit?

The question i found on the AUTO TAG MOD -

In order for RSS tagging to work you will have to manually edit one of the default vbulletin files. Please refer to the product page on vBulletin.org for further information.

i searched the product page and cant find anything .. im lost can someone help me please?
