Default Adding a Very Top Selection Bar
Ok, I searched here and Google, and I guess Im just searching too hard or what, but I cant seem to find an answer. Im looking to add a top menu/selection drop down bar, similair to the ones on these sites:

www.webkinzinsider.com/forum

www.webkinztown.com/forums

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
