Replace message in vbulletin.

Hi All!

I have a problem when user post new thread or reply thread in my forum.
All forum always show a message when user post new thread or reply. Some user don't know that forum is approved so they post one reply for many times.

Now I want to show two message when user post in approve is one, and not approve is another, please help me.
