forum visible only if selected language is X

Hi

I have my webpage available in 2 languages : polish and english.
So, i have created something like 2 forums. One main forum have all subforums in english, 2nd main forum have all subforums in polish.
So far on main forum page users see only links to polish or english part of forum.
The problem is, that most of users don't visit other language part of forum, but i want them still to be able to see forum statistics.

So, i want forums to be visible only, if specified language is selected. For example, if i select polish, i see forums id 1,2,3,6,8,10 and if i select english, i see forums id 4,6,9,11 and 12.
This should work only on main forum page (index.php)
Anyone knows such mod? or maybe someone could create it for me?
It will be perfect, if i could select some groups (admins, mods) who sees all forums no matter what language they select), but i can live without it.
