Security tokens and directory settings...

Two questions...

1). how do I fix Fix a broken security token issue ?

get this message..

[ Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error. ]

This may be because vbseo that was installed has the blog files in the /blogs/ directory.


2). This may tie in the the first issue and be slightly related...
Problem is that I have the blog files installed on the root directory. whenever the domain.com/blog.php url gets typed in it tries to redirect to the /blogs/ directory but just stays
there saying... [ Page is redirecting... one moment please ... ]

Any advice? Should I just give up altogether, quit this webmaster career and drive a tow truck and dip tobacco instead?
