Custom Profile Fields

I have setup a custom profile question (field5 is its id) that is a single answer radio selection that must be filled in on signup. I would like to insert the answer to that field below a users name in their posts. I've searched on this but am having trouble, can anyone offer me any suggestions how to go about it?
