Registration - Birthday & Forum rules on one page

As the title says. I consistently see people hit my registration pages and leave as they get to the actual registration.

Combining everything on one page and making the registration simpler would be ideal. I've already seen the quick registration hacks and that's not what I'm looking for.

Here's the basic idea:

• The b-day form can be put on top of the page if COOPA is enabled
• Agree to TOS is a simple link to the TOS page (kind of like 3.8) with a checkbox next to it. "I agree to terms of service"

I don't imagine this would be very difficult to do.
