Attachment Descriptions/Captions

Hello there, I'd like to request a new attachment mod to be made that can add a small description/caption underneath images when they are posted.
example:

|--------------------------------------|
|--------------------------------------|
|--------------------------------------|
|----------------IMAGE----------------|
|--------------------------------------|
|--------------------------------------|
|=======================|
|---------------CAPTION--------------|
|=======================|

so like as you upload, and the page refreshes showing the list of attachments you've attached, make it show images as images, but with an editbox for a caption?

There was a mod similar to this for VB 3.0 but it will not work on VB 3.7.x or 3.8.x

Can somebody please reply to this.
