How to Autopost Back to my Website?

Hello, I am interested in implementing something similar to ContentLink on my board, but instead of sending it to Kontera, I want the links to send people to relevant pages on my website. The vb forum is currently located at subdomain.domain.com/forum, and I want to send people back to subdomain.domain.com/relevant_pages.php

Does anyone know if there is a hack to do this?
