Best Modules for my application

Allight, here it goes.

I run a major forum/CMS site that currently uses Postnuke as the CMS, and PNphpBB2 as the forum. (phpbb2 spinoff). I really want to upgrade to VB, but I need to make sure I cover all my bases...

Here is what I need...

Core forum (obviously)
Chat (I see Flashchat which I currently use, can easily be integrated)
Video Gallery/Sharing of sorts
Photo Gallery per user?
Classified Ads
Document Library (Manuals, etc... mostly PDF)
Member 'Garage'
Advertising
calendar

My other problem is... I really dont like how all VB sites seem to look the same.... Is there a good place to read up on making major changes to the looks?

I am hoping to implement everything above better than I have now... I am open for ideas, suggestions, comments!
