Default Change passwords of all users !!...
Who I can Change passwords of all users?!

I want in the database is SQL change all the password all users in the Forum on same time.

And then I send a message to all so that I can to change their password easy way by one touch or more.

I hope to understand my problem and I am sorry for my English.
