Functions.php error all over

Hello everyone, i'm having a problem with my forums, whenever i go to a user page, or a blog page I see these 4 lines on the top of the page.

I tried to replace the functions.php file with an older copy, but it didnt work. Im assuming its not the file itself. Anyone have any ideas?
