Default post icon

Is there any way I can change it? Just got a board a few weeks ago so it's still all pretty new. Anyway, some of the vBulletin icons stopped working, (showed red X's), so I deleted them thinking that the default icon would switch to whatever's first in the display order. Didn't work, and I can't find anything on the Admin CP to help me change my default icon. Help please?
