H.D.I. make signature restrictions for usergroups

OK - like how the avatars are set up so a member can only upload up to a certain SIZE file.
ours are set to 100x100 and under 19.5 kb

I would like to have usergroups be able to upload a specific file size for their signatures and specific usergroups to have different settings....and not have to have MODs traffic the forum constantly looking for signatures that are too BIG and then having to give out infractions for it. Is there a way to set the signature sizes so that the user CANNOT upload a signature over their usergroup LIMIT. We have RULES and well you know NOT EVERYONE listens to the rules and this would be helpful so that they dont have to because it would be impossible for them to use a sig over the set limit.
