random/rotating forum description

got an idea i wanna know if it can be done

i would like to see my forums description part rotate things, instead of it being the same.

example:

your viewing the forums, and you see:

Category
--Forum1
--Forum1 Description (Message)

then you go somewhere else on the site or whatever, and you come back to the forum home page and the same forum will have a different message there.

Category
--Forum1
--Forum1 Description (Message 2)

and its just a rotation of descriptions, however many you like.

what yall think?
