Vbulletin not responding

Hello.
I have some problems with my vbulletin.

First, when i post like this :

it shows like this :

and the second, on the Administration Menu, on Manage Products section, when i try to edit or uninstall some product it doesn't respond, i mean i choose the option from that dropdown and when i press GO, he does nothing.

What should i do?
