why my youtube videos all same in the forum

Dear users,
i want to try post yourtubes video in my forum... As usual, I post the first yourtube video and i did it right. the video is show.. BUt when i post my second youtube video, It show a repeat of my first video. please help>>I need some help..what should i do?/
