Forum Permission by Usergroup

Probably the stupidest question... cant find what I want to do ..

We have a set of members who want access to a forum, just for them.

I have set up a new Usergroup .

Now I wish to set up a forum, with just permission to access this forum, for this usergroup...but NOT password, protected.

How..?
