add album displayed 4 times????

I have something which is probably a simple problem so im hoping you guys can help me out a little.

I am using 3.7.1 at the moment.
under usercp albums, there are 2 "add albums" next to each other and then another 2 next to each other under the main box.

surely one of these should be delete or edit or something?

Im not really sure what other info i could give to explain this so please ask if you need something.
