add a conditional to this one page

Is there a way I can add a conditional to this page so I can customize it?

mywebsite.com/login.php?do=logout

I know I can use

Code:

<if condition="THIS_SCRIPT == login"></if>

but that includes all pages inside the login script.
How can I add changes to only that page?
