Magazine set / layout

The site i currently have has the need for a magazine incoperated into its layout for certain reasons.

The following Talk sport site has a system such as "corner peeling" or "add peeling" page active set up integrated to the magazine and brought me to thinking this would provide a great platform for a vb site as most or many would or could use a mag layout to promote itslef aswell as its use and interest to members / readers etc.

The page content obviously would have to be input via admin or code but the question is this......are there anything in the way of this layout that can be integrated within vb?

Just a thought and mind stimulation.
