Wierd 3.7 code mess

As per example:



I've edited the header template, and only just started to work on it(the part that says Forum Home isn't in the navigation template, it's in the header).

I put that in, with my custom class to it, and other bits on the forum change. I've even made it stupid names of the class, in which I know that it won't be the same as other parts of the forum yet they still mess up.

Is there a solution to this?
