blog + vBulletin forum

i would need to make a site like a blog, something like this

http://www.kanyeuniversecity.com/blog/

but since we already have profiled usrses on the vBulletin users
we need that users login is based on vBulletin users data table

in the blog only admin/moderator can open topics and register community users can reply
how can i do something like that? with the vBulletin blog plugin?
or skinning a forum as a blog?

or in some way using vbulletin users table with wordress?
