I can't tell you off the top of my head, you have to compare the old and the new templates. It is the responsibility of the author to ensure that their custom skin works with a new version.

Enabling the aforementioned option will let you see the template names in the HTML source of the vBulletin page. You can hopefully use this to narrow down which templates you need to edit/update, then you can use the "Comparing Templates" link I provided in my original post to see the differences between your skin and the default version.

If we were to provide code to every person that asked for it we would be here for days trying to help people and nobody would learn these things for themselves, unfortunately you have to work these things out yourself.
