1. vBulletin.org doesn't allow name changes often as it is hard to get to know people. And to keep track of who is who.

2. As the Installed Modifications uses the default search and would require modifying that code.

3. vBulletin.org uses the current theme as a way to show how easy customization is and to make it easily recognized as official. And vBulletin.org used to have a "lively" style.
