Need help quick! MySQL error 28.

Hello,

I run vBulletin 3.7 Gold on my forums. Well today, while working in MySQL I ended up losing all the posts in the threads on the forum. So, I would like to know which tables to drop in MySQL and what tables to import back into the database. I believe I will be able to take care of the rest.
