Default vB integration
Ok what i want to do is have posts in a certain forum on my forums display as content on my main page, only the initial post of course..

So what i need to know is where do i SELECT from in vB's table structure? I am unfamiliar with it...also is there a log-in script i can use to integrate my logins and sessions into the main site so it says "Welcome NegativeSmoke (log out)" etc.... on my main page?
