youradhere4222, HelpCenter is in 'beta' stage and it is only a lite version. We've always said there will be a paid version. What do you want us to do, add every single feature and do all this for free? Maybe if I had more time, yes - but unfortunately this takes a lot of both mine and Pauls time - so we certainly cannot work for free.

I think our support has been fantastic, and is only going to continue with the 'paid version. I think we've done great so far, especially how complex we've made the lite version.
