Recommendations for Banner/Sponsor Rotating Ads

I need to have a banner/sponsor advertiser on top of the forums and vbadvanced and I have looked through a bunch and most of them just either don't have good support or don't do what I need (rotating).

Can anyone recommend a simple install program that will allow me to upload banners and put them in and rotate them.

I apperciate it. This is for VBB 3.6.10
