News Integration with vBulletin?

Hi everyone. I have a question im sure there's a hack for, but i've searched around and couldnt find anything.

I have a vBulletin forum, I also have an HTML page (that looks entirely different then the forums) I was wondering if there is some kind of hack that allows you to create a post in vbulletin and it acts as a news management system and posts on your HTML site. I've also seen ones where if you click on comments it shows you the comments inside the forum which is simply awesome. Does anyone know where I can find this hack?
