Default setting up config page
i have done this a few times but this time i seem to have a problem i cant get around. my server was changed and they uploaded all my info. finally got my database to install with no errors. the prob now is that i cant seem to get it to go to page. it is trying and attempts to transfer info than shuts out so im thinking its a configpage prob. can someone tell me if i am looking for correct thought or if there is a way to test to see. my database info and username and password and hostname all seem to be accurate.
