Does this addon exist?

Hi all,

I'm looking, to no avail, for an addon or mod for vBulletin 3.6x with specific abilities. This mod would be a customizeable cash/point reward system, with a place for people to spend their forum cash on things like special colored names (glowing, halo'd), or titles, etc etc.

I've found several reward systems, but none quite hit the mark. I've seen this mod on other types or forum software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
