Versioning of Rules

Dear Community,

I tried my luck with the forum search but didn't come to a satisfying solution. I am looking for a hack, which allows a versioning of the forum rules. Analogue to a CVS the previous versions are kept for later review or comparison. Nice feature would be the highlight of the changes when a new version is published.

Any ideas?
