How do I know who has access to private forums ?

Is there an easy way to work out who exactly has access to view and/or post to private forums ? What with the access masks, user groups, and the other means of assigning permissions, it can sometimes become very complicated to remember who has access... and i'm sure I must have negated to remove the permissions of more than one ex-staff member in the past...
