A member wants to use this image in their profile. What is the code?

Well, i am using vbulletin 3.7. It is great!

Anyways, my member wants to customize her profile. She wants to use this picture http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/e...roundimg27.jpg When i try to enter it in, it keeps saying 1 or more fields are invalid.

Should i be using a special code? Because she can't do it either.
She wants it in the major block header
