Registering User without VB form?

Is it possible to create a new vbulletin user account without signing up through the actual vb registration form? I am trying to integrate VB into my site, but I don't want people to have to sign up through the forum, I would prefer to just present them with a small form in my own design that grabs their username, password and email and sets up the account....
