I have searched but theres not a modification i can't fine like the one i want, i want a button at the top of my forum (apply) when a member clicks that, they get taken to another page and its like the pm system, but theres a drop down box in there showing what usergroups the member is able to apply for, then they say why they want the position in a message box. Then that message would get sent to me via pm and then i will know who is requesting what position

so has anyone seen this? or able to make it? as i thought it might not be too difficult as its pretty much using the pm system but just adding a drop down box to it
