Some help please !!!

Hello and greetings from Portugal.

The case is that i intend to set in the board i manage the obligation, to all new users, to first create a presentation post before they can see the all board.

Even being a user for more than 2 years now, i do not know how this is done, so please help me if you can.

I think you get the general idea, sorry for the bad english.
