How Do I... (This one is complicated, I think)

OK....Im looking for a plugin/hack that can do the following.

My site is a employment paid site. Im looking for a program that when a new job is posted in a thread or forum, every 2 days a newsletter or notice is sent to the members with the post description/job description and a link back into the members area for them to go stright to. They have paid for a server and I just want to expand and make it JUST A LITTLE easier for me to have such thing automated, instead of manually doing it all the time...

I don't want to flood them with just a 1 job here and 1 job there on a daily basis, that is way Im looking for something that is sent out every 2-3 days.

Also, it would help when an Employeer posts a new job opening and that is added, which would be from the Employeer Jobs Forums...

Does this make scense?
