test this template in your forum, always get: Done, but with errors on page

i try Attachments No Popup & Auto Upload mod but i think the author can't support the mod again so i try to ask here



this is template that need to edit from that mod
replace the entire newpost_attachment template with this

this mod working for me

but i always get error message after page loaded : Done, but with errors on page

there are 3 others templates need to edit from this mod, but i think above template is the source of errors, i still get same errors after replace others 3 templates,
i cant find where is the errors source from the code above

i am using internet explorer 6 standart and windows xp sp2
