Clear inactive user profile

Hi,

I Think this could be a nice modification if it was done, I know we have a hack here that delete inactive users, but what if we don't want to delete their accounts, let say we just want to clear/clean their accounts from their avatars and signatures. Cause that is bandwidth for no reason since they are in-active.

well that is basically it =] If i know how to code i would've made it but i can't.
