help .....they hack my forum

hi.

my forum was hack by someone yesterday. they get in my admin cp and change anything they want........also i delet the all file and the database and reinstall it.. but he still there. i have nothing to do with this hacker......any boby here can help? any software can delet the hack file or can see what he want to steal?
