Help with Vbookie

Hi , I have never messed with VBulletin before, I installed the xml file in the vbookie mod , and changed the code where it said it needed to be.

Now here is my problem , in the readme.txt document , it says upload the files in the upload folder, but my question is where do I upload these? Within the upload folder is a php file, an images folder and an included folder, within the images folder is one image. Within the includes folder is another php file and an xml folder, within the xml folder is two xml files.
